Technical assistance has been provided by a team effort between Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS), the Idaho Soil Conservation Commission (SCC).  The SCC will be the lead with NRCS as the technical certification agency.

Project Administration and Procedures:

The District board sets priorities by determining which BMP’s will make the most impact towards meeting water quality goals.  The Conservation District will send payment applications and prepare financial records for annual audits while the board approves the application.

This grant will be integrated with the EQIP Program.  Landowners may also apply for RCRDP low interest loans  & other State & Federal programs, if available, to provide further financial assistance.
